Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a normal device only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and comes free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited TLDs in one web hosting account. This is conceivable because of Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use 2 separate account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no web hosting CP possibility.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your top level domain names under a single hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel devices do not supply such function at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and this is why they necessitate 2 separate hosting account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support account and 1 web page management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will see that the Hepsia hosting CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to run it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP platforms can operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
